I am known in the Public Safety Industry for the integrity of the process and techniques I have provided to the many cities where I have worked.

Starting with a very accomplished position as Deputy Commissioner for the City of Cleveland Public Safety Department, I created a fully functional Information Support System (ISS) that served the technology users in the Cleveland Police, Cleveland Fire, and Cleveland Emergency Medical Services. The ISS department served the technology needs of the Public Safety Department, leveraging the latest in technology and information-sharing trends that were beginning to surface during my time there.
